Hi. I want to put new laminate flooring down. Am I allowed to do it while in an IVA .

If it is essential - ie if you can prove that your current flooring is hazourdous to health then this may be possible, but how would you intend to fund the cost? If you are paying this out of your share of uplift payments, then you can do what you like with the money.
