Just wanted to let people know of some good news.

My 6 month closure process with GT was dealyed by 3 months from July 2012 and only commenced in October 2012. I was fully expecting it to take until April 2013 and to my absolute amazement I received a letter, out of the blue, in November 2012, from GT which included my Closure Certicate. One of the things that I did do was to continually contact GT to ask where things were up to, this was on a weekly basis. So I do implore whoever is having a hard time to keep at them.

I would also like to thank all the people on here who have helped me in my numerous 'times of need' over the last few years, especially Melanie Giles, who always had time to answer my various questions.

Good luck to everyone!

Great news on your CC. Sad to know that you had to keep on at GT for them to remember they still had an obligation to you.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
