If you started an IVA then these people sound to me like they got your name from the Insolvency register and are a potential bankruptcy assist company.

Ignore them and ask them not to call again if they do refer them to your IP.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Robson. What they are offering is bankruptcy, and I assume you have explored that option before starting the IVA.

This Chris chappie knows as much about your circumstances as I know about the love life of the mongolian bison !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Don't touch them with a ten foot barge pole!

Foggy - there is not a day that goes by when you don't make me laugh! I'm on a train between London and Manchester now and am chuckling away. The man opposite must think I am a loony!
