hi karol i got your email . please could you tell me what happens now can we get in touch with fsa to make complaint or do we have to do initial one with grant thornton. they said on phone that iva had failed so would that be from the day i rang to find this out please xxx jacqui

I believe you should exhaust the internal complaints for the firm first.
