Hi, would it OK to order from my Next directory using my account with them if I was to pay the bill off fully when it came in? I didnt owe them any money when I took my IVA out so credit is still available to me. I think I know the answer but needed to check this, thanks

Hi,

If you can pay off in full then there should not be a problem.

So log as it's paid off in full you won't be taking credit so to speak. I had Next as a creditor but did enjoy shopping with them.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would be happy with this if I were your IP, and credit up to a limit of £500 is usually allowable in an IVA in any case.
