The creditors will start loading interest and charges on again as soon as the IVA fails however, there is nothing to stop the OP approaching them before this date if he feels he can pay them off.

A Full & Final offer is an option if you have the funds to do so, I would seriously have a word with your IP as this can be done through your IVA. Please keep with the forum & let us know how you get on, we are here to help as much as we can.
