A programme is being produced for BBC Radio and they are looking to speak to a couple or family where their bank has converted their repayment mortgage into an interest only mortgage in order to enable them to stay in their home.

Thank you for posting this Andy. As discussed I am working with the BBC to put together a programme about how the debt industry is functioning and I have been asked to find a family who are now only servicing the interest on their mortgage as opposed to paying the capital back too.

We are very interested in a family or couple who have been advised by the lender to change their repayment to interest only.

I would like to know of any families who are struggling to pay the interest only on a restructured mortgage.

The family will not be interviewed and anonymity is guaranteed unless the family specifically consent.

Thanks again.

Sam
