what a joke can today really get any worse i have found out the company i have used for ppi payment at 25% on a claim i wont even see goes directly to iva and i pay upto £5000 and all this is because my iva people dont communicate so much for being debt free what joke

Asadadavy, it sounds like you're having a bad day. Have you spoken with your IVA provider ?

I don't think you have been correctly advised asdadavy. If the funds due from the PPI claim are assets of the estate, then the fee due to the claims management company is an expense of the estate and needs to be paid out of the proceeds. There is no way that you should be left with a bill for their costs, and the full sum paid to the Supervisor. Seek legal advice on this point if necessary.
