Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has an idea on how long it would take to get a decision?

I am posting my offer off tomorrow and would ideally like it to be all done by Christmas - what is the likelihood of getting a yay or nay by then?

Thank you for your help!

Once the variation report has been finalised, your IP will need to give creditors 28 days notice of the creditors meeting. You will need to confirm with your own IP with regard to the time it will take for them to finalise the report.
