Good Morning.
I recieved a letter yesterday from a company called,"IVA help line", before I throw it straight in the bin, I would like to ask if any body else has come across them.
They are trying to convince me that I can be debt free in 6 months, and that IVA's are expensive and not the only way.
I have learned from experience that if it sounds to good to be then it probably is.
I am in a happy place now, but I just wanted to ask if anybody else has experienced these companies.
Ignore them - it's assisted bankruptcy which will cost you a fortune. They get your details from the Insolvency Register and have no idea of your circumstances.
If you are happy with your IVA then just bin it and carry on as you are.
Unscrupulous people and all because........................ we are visiable for all on that blasted insolvancy register, not good. Still think that should be a pay for site and that will stop people praying on vulnerable people.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
It should be restricted to those who need to know.
The searches on the site appear to be restricted to one at a time, these people have probably got data dumps from the register to put into their own databases to do mail merges on mass.
Something that the Insolvency Service should clamp down on.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.
Stop.... Before you put it in the bin: I have found that the glossy paper these flyers are printed on make for some very good paper airplanes, you can have hours of fun before you throw it away. [;)][:D][:D]
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
It is time that this unsolicited nonsense from the bankruptcy assist industry was stopped. Wish the OFT would spend some time looking into this unwanted intrusion and disturbance to consumers.
