hi - thanks for all your responses. I'm struggling on what to do with this now as i've complained to Payplan and to the firm who wrote to my creditors about claiming default charges. This company promised me that they had stopped all action with my creditors but then I received my annual IVA report which showed an additional payment made in July this year - which was apparantly another default charge claimed by them. I think my only option maybe to complain through the ICO as this is a data protection breach (seeing as i still have the authority forms, unsigned).
