Are KPMG still the owner of the debt or has it been sold on?

Still think the first thing to do is go for variation to remove this ASAP and then take it from there. Pretty sure the IP firm will be keen to get that approved.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.

A good percentage of the debts have been sold on to Max recovery, Our IP is current working on a variation proposal to remove the minimum dividend, I just pray that it goes through.

A dog's breakfast springs to mind here - and your IP should not have allowed this to be accepted without considering how it was going to be funded and discussing that with you are the time. Which firm are you with - and I trust you will netkaing this matter up with them shortly?

In the beginning we contact a firm called Thomas Charles put us in contact with Guardian Business Recovery who have been supervising my IVA for the last 4 years 8 months.

I have spoken several times with them and they are confident the variation should go through however i am concerned on the way forward should the variation be declined.
