Where may I go to get a duplicate completion certificate ?

I have a contact no in Birmingham however, all I ever get is the answer machine and no call back where might I go to get a completion certificate any thoughts? I would appreciate advice as experien still have me as having an IVA on their system

Who was your original company? It may be that they were taken over by another and that you can get a copy of your completion letter from them.
