Because of declining health and age (past retirement)working 12 hour sifts day and night. I want to make an offer to clear IVA. the offer is just short of agreed 5 year figure. Also the job am doing have been told is being put out to another firm. So may well lose my position. What chance offer will be accepted/

If the offer is going to give creditors a similar return to that they had already agreed to accept from your contributions, then given the circumstances I would have thought that your proposal stands a good chance of being accepted.
