Hi.

I havent posted for a while as my IVA completed in 2010 (yay) but a short while ago a company called me about ppi and I stupidly told them about a cc I've had for years. My problem is that I totally forgot to include them in my iva so they were just paid the minimal amount by me. Now they haven't written about trying to claim my ppi back but I don't want to. Can I tell them that I do not wish to claim? And will it affect my previous iva?
Many thanks x

You should only submit a claim for mis-sold PPI if you genuinely believe it was mis-sold and that you were wronged as a result. If you don't wish to claim then this is your choice. Are you still paying off the creditor concerned?
