As I posted earlier, I got my certificate today but when I checked the final dividend list, it has "excluded" against 2 creditors with a zero balance. What does this mean? Are they bound by the iva completion or will they be chasing me for money now?
Help to understand would be really appreciated as I'm now worrying again!

Best for one of our resident insolvency professionals to respond, but I would imagine they didn't put in a claim and therefore the funds were shared amongst the other creditors. They cannot come to you for the money, having missed the boat.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I assume that the creditors have not submitted claims and have thus been excluded from the dividend payments your IP has effected. Don't worry - this is their fault, and they cannot chase you now the IVA has concluded. For absolute confirmation you should verify this with your own IP.
