It can take a few weeks for it to filter down to all departments. Keep telling them and referring them to your IP. Block the email and filter the calls if that suits you better.
Once you're on insolvency register refer them to that. Only one of my creditors were persistant and until my husband lost it with them they phoned all the time. After that day no other call whatsoever. Silence is golden and will be for you eventually. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It can take a couple of months for the news of your IVA to get to the call centres. You are fully protected now so no need to worry. x
