They certainly do Chris and i have to agree on the earlier days, if you rang you got through quite easily but now it's a case of hold on and hope that automated woman doesn't cut you off after holding on. Declan did say to me yesterday he is going ot esculate this problem up to whomever needs to be notified of it, so hopefully that might be a problem solved. £12 is an awful lot of money to be spending on nothing, i wonder if you could get that back? Good luck with getting hold of them and do email Declan he is one in a million that is for sure. x

It happenend when they took over several other companies taking ona load of work but not seeming to increase their staff much to cope, since then its been so difficult to get through!!!
IVA completion and certificate received 08/10/2012!!!
