Within my IVA payment 3.5% of monthly contribution is taken towards accident and sickness etc but as I read that it won't cover for certain problems or obviously any pre existing conditions I asked for it to be removed so that my creditors can have the extra money! So just check all the conditions out before you accept, if it is being offered by your IVA company then surely it should be allowed for in your expenses

Hi Karen. mg,
I totally agree why should we have to pay for it out of (lets say for example) out of our food budget?
An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!
