why do the IVA companies not ask us clients if we have been mis-sold or had any PPI's.As this would save a lot of time, unecessary paperwork and need to contact companies like Claims Brokers (acting for Grant Thornton)
I have not had any PPI's or mis-sold insurances therefore I see no point in them carrying on with ficticious claims. (i have informed GT but am still receiving correspondence and was ordered by GT to sign the consent form and forward to CB which I have done.
I only have one payment left in June and am looking for a swift completion and do not want the hassle of these claims causing any delay
The PPI issue has only recently reared it's head and I think most companies are now sending out stuff to clients. It's unfortunate that it has hit a lot of people who have completed in the last few months or who are due to complete soon.
Don't think there is a lot you can do about it other than telling the companies that you have never had PPI or were never missold it.
