Just checked my paperwork and within the clauses it says we cannot enter into any further credit agreements over £500 without informing our IP, below that figure we do not need to tell them..

I don't have that clause - I can't enter into any credit.

To be honest though, I really wouldn't want to whilst in my iva.

Mobile phone wise, I have more than enough texts and minutes for my needs and unlimited internet access.

I won't be getting a credit card again that's for sure.
