Hi
I am expecting a compensation payout from my insurers following a car accident.

Does anyone know, do I have to hand this over to my IVA company?

Thanks

Hi,

You need to speak to your IP - I believe you can keep some if it is for pain and suffering but anything else will have to be paid across.
