Argh!!!!!

I really need help! On the 25th January i sent over all my details to my caseworker to submit a f&f setllement (not sure if you remember but i posted around that date with the amount my mum was able to offer).

Anyway...on the 1st Feb my caseworker had checked all the numbers and sent all the details to the IP, its 24/02 today and ive still yet to hear anything about it. I have a new IP (which i dont know details of as of yet)....i havent even got a date of a creditors meeting...its as if zilch has happened in the past 4 weeks!

What are the steps that i need to take as i really want to get the ball rolling, and everytime i call my IVA company i keep hearing..."ill email the IP" or "the IP hasnt got back to me yet".

I would continue to ring them daily and request a discussion directly with the IP to establish what the situation is.

My F&F took quite a while to draft - from the telephone call with the variation team giving them all the facts and figures to getting the phone call it had been approved was just under 3 months. I kept being told it was being drafted when I rang.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

I would certainly give them a call on Monday and continue to chase.
