I have paid down my IVA in 2010 fully after one year from the start on the IVA in 2009 and this has been fully complteted. I still live at my current address when my IVA started. My question is my girlfriend lives with me at this address and we will get married in the summer this year she has a excellent credit record will she be affected by my passsed. Many thanks

only if you try to share finanical details (ie bank acccount etc )then she will be finanical linked to you
your IVA will show on record for a full 6 years

Hi Mick,

Your wifes credit record will be ok but I wouldn't take out any joint credit until your IVA has dropped off your record will be six years from the date of original acceptance.
