Will IVA with F&F settlement show on credit file for full 6 years ?

Hi I compleated my IVA In October 2010 with a Full and Final settelment. Will this still show on my Credit File for the full six years??. Thanks for any replys or information Regards Helen

That is the only unfortunate thing about full and finals - the term remains as 6 years fmor the date your IVA started - even if you settle on day 1 or achieve 100p/£

I guess there is still the view that in most cases debt was written off and a period of time is needed to ensure someone doesn't easily get credit again, albeit nearly everyone doing an IVA never wants to touch any form of borrowing ever again!
