As the others have said, If he doesn't have a legally enforcable court order he can't take anything. If he does then technically it is trespass while on your property and theft if he takes anything. A call to the police in his presence should suffice!

What firm runs the car park?
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Tamiami - go to this site http://forums.pepipoo.com/ read the section on parking fines etc, and then post up about your situation. You will get some great advice which will tell you exactly how to handle it.
My guess would be...ignore it, they are a private firm trying to bully you into paying, but it would be best to get some expert advice from people who know the law inside out.
