I am a contractor - and whilst pay is good it is not guaranted, that is am on 3 monthly contract, which has been renewed for past couple of years. So my payments to GT have reflected this. but it is not guarantted work. Am afraid if contract should terminate, I will be unable to keep up hight monthly payments to GT. Who in the beginning set a low rate on my income. If and I sincerely hope not, my circumstances as a contractor shud change, would they go back to original payments. As they are quick to raise paymets, would they be as likely to put them back

Hi, if any aspect of your pay or circumstances changes it's best to contact your IP sooner rather than later as they're working for us as well as the creditor. IP's have the discretion to alter payments by 15% without referring back to creditors but if needs be they can sort out a bigger reduction with creditor consent. Try not to worry and by paying extra you're giving the creditors a better dividend. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi, agree with Lesley that if your circumstances change then you need to inform your IP so that they can review your IVA,

Your Ip should be flexible with you over drops in income so just talk to them if it happens.
