Good luck Lesley hope you get this sorted to a mutual agreement, take care. xxx
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

Thanks Orchid, they've confirmed in writing the appointment so hoping they'll confirm valuation in writing without me having to request it.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I just asked when they came round and they said it wouldn't be a problem and the letter came within a few days.

Sanity restored! Thanks so much for the really helpful replies - it's such a relief!

You are so right - as long as I continue with my payments and submit everything asked for it will be fine! They've already agreed to the extra 12 months and chances are I won't be able to re-mortgage so 3 years gone - 3 to go! Thanks Brokebryn - brilliant posting.
