Hi, i had an iva dated 23rd Oct 2006 (arrangement date) i actually failed this myself a few yrs ago as i won 10k and managed to come to an arrangement with all creditors to either clear the debt or make payment. All i have left is one that i am paying 115 a month that will end nov 2013, this isnt on my credit report either.

Experian and equifax are both clear of any creditors all they both have is my iva with the start date of 06 and the satisfaction date of 08. experian has given me a credit score of 937!

My question is that my partner has a motgage currently but his ex's name is still on it as he couldnt get it in his own name. Mortgage was 5 yrs ago 120k now owe £113k She is now and quite rightly so wanting to come off to buy with her new partner (she hasnt paid anything since she moved out which is fine and they had a solictor letter drawn up saying he is responsible for all) so i would need to go on the mortgage and want to so that this is possible. My partner doesnt have bad credit at all but it is with NRAM, the fix rate is actually up end this month

WHat are my chances or will i/we be turned down to be put on. As his fixed rate is up we could go elsewhere, do you know anyone that coul help?

We ideally want to move and get out of her but not sure if that would be possible at this stage. The house has been valued at £110-115k

I earn 28k
partner 32k (he has 7k personal unsecured debt)
No deposit
Current prop value -£110 -115k
They owe on mortage (it was 100%) 103K mortage and 11k of the unsecured loan element.
