NEED HELP EVEN AFTER THE IVA REMOVED FROM CREDIT FILE DOESNT MEAN YOUR CLEAN BECAUSE DONT CREDITORS KEEP AN INTERNAL RECORDS 6 YEARS AFTER THE 6 YEARS, SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN

Under the PLC company Act and Money Laundering Act - companies are required to keep their own records for a minimal of 6 years after the accounts are closed. Techincally the accounts are kept opened ,(although restricted) whilst in the IVA - so that they can receive any money. so the 6 years start after this.

This is why it is never a good idea to go back to ex creditors as they may /should still have records on you.
