Credit Card with IVA ?

Hi
Im into my IVA on 3rd year, and i was wondering if i can get a Credit Card ( even like pay as you go one) and i ended up at this site [url]*link removed*

apparently it says i can have one although im on IVA !!
can anyone tells me if this possible please?

Whilst in a IVA you cannot take any credit without permission from your IP, and I would doubt very much they would agree to you having a credit card.

You can get pre-paid cards though, as they are not credit and can only spend on them what you have on them.

Once your IVA has completed after 5 years you'll also have problems getting anything but specialist cards like Vanquis until your credit file is cleared.

The site you have linked to also looks very unprofessional.

With the pre-pay you're only spending your own money so they are acceptable, pre load it with an amount and it's fine, do you not have a debit card with your bank as there will be a charge for a pre-paid card but your debit card will come with your bank and most probably be free to use for purchases. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
