Ah many thanks Buckles for the clarification - so this should hopefully not affect future clients then.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

I feel for you! Only one of the accounts Richardson Mail are investigating for me has been resolved nearly 18 months after they took up my case. I had thought it wouldn't affect my completion but with only a year to go I think they'll be delaying mine too! Fun y to read back from VN about the process only taking four months LOL!
