Well I thought I'd say hello again,
I'd only just registered last week, as SueEllen, but for some reason the forum didn't recognise my password, and then despite numerous attempts, the password reset didn't work, as I never received a new e mail.
Never mind, hopefully i'll be sticking around longer this time!
My husband and I are just waiting for 2 statements to come through and then we can post them to the ever so helpful Tamsyn at Melanie Giles's company, and then they will have all our paperwork to put our proposal together. I'm getting a bit impatient now, but also strangely calm, the letters that used to cause me so much stress are now being ripped up, and it feels good knowing we are doing something about it.
I'm sure i'll be posting on here more often as things progress, computer allowing!

Hi SueEllen76 It's good to hear you are feeling a bit better. If I were you any letters I would just send to your IVA company and keep them informed about things. Hopefully you will have a date for a creditors meeting soon and a positive decision, stay positive Hugs

Nice to see you again!!! The forum does have these glitches sometimes!!!

You are with an excellent company and as soon as you get the paperwork off then they'll sort your proposal out.

Thanks for that Oscar, you're right, I think i've just got a bit caried away with thinking I don't need to worry so much, if that makes sense!

As soon as we get those missing bits of paperwork we ought to be in a position to draft your proposals, so I am sure to be speaking with you very soon. In the meantime stay strong and just keep creditors updated with developments if they ask for a progress report. Most of them are quite polite these days and very used to IVA applications.
