Hi,

I'd speak to your IP company and ask if they will refund the money. Is it a DD or SO?

Hi - do you pay by standing order? If you do, you control the payment. I'm sure your IP won't have any problem refunding the money...they have already accepted you need the money. X

It it's a standing order then the cancelling of that payment is down to you. A DD payment should have been cancelled by the IP company.

If it was a Standing Order then the IP company should be able to refund the money to you.

If it was a DD you need to give more than 5 clear days to cancel it otherwise it is in the system and cannot be cancelled. I'm sure if this is the case they will simply refund it. If it is a SO you will need to cancel it from your end.
