Brilliant news on the F&F. Sorry to hear about your car - contact the motor insurers' bureau they may be able to help.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Final payment 1st April 2016.

Blimey, what a downer after your F&F acceptance...Why are these cretins allowed to stay in our society??? They have a complete and absolute disregard for law, order and other peoples basic rights.
No doubt some liberal do-gooder social worker will claim that he came from a broken, alcaholic drug taking family and he`ll get ten hours community service and do the same again in a few weeks[:(!]
I suppose your only route is a personal prosecution against the assailant, I wish you luck.

It sounds unlikely that pursuing the young criminal will lead to any financial gain. The insurance bureau or CAB sound like a good place to start. These things are sent to try us! Congrats on your iva though...it's great news xx
