A bit of a different angle to the usual Q&A on here, specifically for the IPs....
What quality of service should a creditor expect from an IP/firm? As a creditor I feel I am receiving a very poor QoS, phone calls/emails hardly ever replied to, vague answers given to straightforward questions, other departments within the IP firm blaming each other, etc. The icing on the cake was that despite being in contact the firm for some three months, I was advised that I couldn't speak directly with a qualified IP, and that all communications I made had to be through a call centre. Sadly the call centre staff had little understanding of the situation and I feel that the message I was trying to get across to the IP wasn't quite getting there.
Is it worth considering contacting the IPU? Would they have any sway on the matter?
I presume you mean debtor klutter? Your creditors are the ones to whom you owe money.
Which company are you with?

Hi - I can't help but wanted to welcome you to the forum. I would think you could expect better service than you are getting. If you know the IPs name you can email them directly - their email address will be on the insolvency service website. Can't quite remember where tho
The register only seems to give a telephone number, no email address. If you call this number you are told to call an O8xx number and end up a queue [:(!]
Have you looked on this site for the email address for your IP.
