I hope so too Jan. They were so helpful and prompt with their responses before but now it seems to be a bit of a struggle.
I was always given the name of somebody to contact during my proposal stages but now it is just customer services and at the moment it's like pulling teeth trying to get hold of them!
It's only quite routine questions I wanted answering so nothing complex or time consuming but at the moment my confidence levels have taken a wee bit of a dip.

I rang BE the other day (prob tues) as they are in the middle of my final year variation (not being able to get a mortgage) and they were proposing my payments dropped from June cos hubby does not have a regular job and GT answered and she said drop the payment from June brill !!! but if it does not get agreed at the creditors meeting then we would have to make up the shortfall, but I got throughtto GT straight away no prob.
ITS OVER WE ARE FINALLY DEBT FREE, CERTIFICATE ARRIVED
