As previous posters have said we do our shopping with cash, we also break it down into weeks. And I always go armed with a list, although if our son is with me there are extra things that go into the trolley.

Like you, at the beginning of our IVA I found it hard to budget, my 21 year old brother kept telling me to be responsible, thankfully I have got the hang of it, eventually....

We're all the same - I love being able to stick to my list but do admit to putting in BOGOF's when it's stuff I usually use even if I don't need them that week!

Well done on reaching the month end successfully, enjoy the KFC it's these little things that keep me going, nice to have a treat now and then x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
