Rovex - when did your IVA start? - just asking if this is stressing you out ! your IVa is on file for 6 years - as long as all your defaults are dated at this time - everything will fall from your credit report in a total of 6 years

Not at all, its over now, its just the process of finding the addresses thats annoying. Why isnt it automatic, and if not automatic why doesn't the IVA agent do it for you at the end?

Its only been a few days since i got my CofC so i dont expect the records to be marked as settled quite yet, but i dont expect it to take months either.

A word of warning,when you do get your files updated some banks still send out notices of arrears.because of poor admin communications,i still get two banks who send me letters every 6 months nearly two years after my iva was concluded.when my 6 years is up then i will be contacting the ICO.
