Hi, ive paid my last payment of iva to debtlifeboat on 1st feb 2011 not heard a thing from them, tried ringing to be told it is with closure team, just wondering if this normal or as something gone wrong, thought I would feel great after what should have been last payment now worrying, can they make us pay more?
I wouldn't worry just yet as they have to make sure that all creditors have been paid.
You don't have to worry.

You should hopefully get a completion letter soon - keep chasing the company until you get one.

Hi. Everything should be hunky dory (where DOES that expression come from ?!). Anyway, most proposals allow up to 6 months for administration on closure and I am afraid the timescale is largely driven by the creditors tying up loose ends.
You will get there.

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
If your with the birmingham office, they do seem to be having some clerical problems at the moment, still heard nothing about my annual review, its now 5 weeks overdue. Its odd for them as they are usually great at the paperwork and letter side of things but not so good at the actual talking to you about things.
Great that you've finished and once you get that certificate of completion then you'll be there, hang in there I'm sure nothing is wrong and won't do any harm to give them a call now and then to gee them up a bit if necessary x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
