Try a mortgage broker who can tap into whole of the mortgage offers ... We have recently finished our IVA and have applied for a mortgage however have been told that the max any provider would lend is 50% to us ... Fir us we were able to agree this due to unexpected inheritance but for most a 50% deposit is gonna be impossible.
