I am around 9 months into an IVA. I currently lease a vehicle but the lease expires next month. Will I be able to lease a new vehicle?
The car that I currently lease was allowed within the IVA. Are there any firms that will lease to people in an IVA?

Try Dunctons brendan, I know other posters use them, talk to your IP about leasing another vehicle is possibly your best option x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi
Worth trying your existing leasing company, if no joy try www.duncton.com, they are the only company that I am aware of who will help. Ensure your IP is aware of any pending lease agreement.
Good luck

Dunctons have been used by one or two posters on here with positive results. High APR but needs must when the devil drives!

Looks the same to me as it always has:

Maybe an idea to ring up and query.

Never looked any futher than the main page but at least they still do finance for those of us with less than perfect credit ratings.

Hi - run needing a new lease past your IP before committing to anything. Best to keep them informed. I couldn't find cars on Dunctons site when I looked a few weeks ago...I thought it was me being stupid!

They have obviously changed their website. If the OP is already in an IVA then they maybe able to carry on but it does need the IP to agree to it.
