Hi
I just realized that my IVA was worked out using my monthly payslip, i have been told that my work pays every four weeks which comes down to extra one month in a year i don't know what to do now , because my monthly IVA figures was worked out using my monthly payslip for 12 months.

Are you paid monthly or every four weeks? If you are paid every four weeks, then your IP firm should have picked up on this when they were preparing your proposals - so do check that their calculations are correct. If they have incorrectly treated four weekly payslips as monthly payslips, then the calculation of your disposable income is incorrect - and again you need to notify them of this.

My hubby gets paid every 2 weeks but our IVA was worked out monthly. As Mel has said just check that your IP has understood that you are paid 4 weekly and then it can be adjusted.
