please can someone advise when we go to bank and advise that we cannot repay interest only payment on mortgage due next year (haven't missed any payments on other repayment mortgages due in 2014)
as we're in final year of IVA and have no equity to release next year, do we ask for extension now or wait until next year. AS NR were the biggest problem, is it advisable to ask for separate repayment scheme with them?

Is it worth talking to your IP they might have a better idea of the time frame for these things. Sorry don't know any more.

Hi Chris, unfortunately I don't have the answer for you but we'll keep this bumped up for a professional opinion and as LB says your IP may be able to give you the most precise advice.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
