Hi Guys,

sorry for taking so long to get back!!

The CSA have been back in touch!

They say i owe about 8K which i believe to be wrong but as i have had dealings with them i know they are so ruthless!

Correct me if i am wrong but i have set up an IVA a few months back but as the CSA have demanded £238 a month i see no other option than to declare myself bankrupt!

I own my home but because of the decline in market value my house is worth less than my mortgage!!

I need a freah start and see no other option!!

The CSA debt is enforceable even under bankruptcy proceedings, so if this will absorb all of your current disposable income then you may have little choice but to relieve yourself of your other debts through a bankruptcy.
