My letters are still coming though not as much as before but I carried on ignoring them which perhaps in hindsight was not the correct thing to do.
However, I'm now extremely worried because I got home and opened a letter which turned out to be County Court Judgement from Norhampton by Bank of Scotland.
I have 14 days to reply otherwise they will record a verdict in my absence. I am worried sick now as I thought under my IVA I was protected from such practices, but now I am confused and anxious.
Is there anybody who can guide me on this please?
In the meantime I emailed Melanie Giles but it was after hours so probably won't get a reponse till Monday. [:(]
You will now be protected by your IVA and I'm pretty sure a CCJ will mean nothing now.
I know Mel is about and as soon as she gets on the forum she will put your mind at rest.
You are protected - the letters mean nothing and you are covered with the IVA.

There was a problem earlier with the forum. Hopefully Mel will pick up on this tonight.
