Hi all im really worried at the mo because i still dont know if my iva has been aproved.I was told two creditors said yes but one of them didnt vote.The lady i spoke to said that they are trying there best to get the vote.My second creditors meeting was on friday at 10 and i havent heard a thing i rung them and left a voice mail but no one got in touch, can someone please put my mind at rest many thanks.
We cannot put your mind at rest - because we don't know what is happening at your IP's office. They really should be keeping you informed as to what is going on - and if two creditors have already voted, assuming they are both supporting the IVA, then I cannot understand why your IP has not declared it accepted.
You need to get some answers from your IP firm first thing tomorrow Monday morning.
