We had our creditors meeting on the 19,monday and was told that not many have answered, phoned up wednesday to be told phone back friday, does this normally happen i have already paid two months fee's before the iva has been agreed? Thanks for any reply, just starting to panic a bit, x
You should be told what is happening. It could be that with the few that voted there weren't enough who voted yes and the company are now trying to get others to vote.
Which company are you with?

We just has our meeting recently and we were told some vote far in advance and others not until the day. Try not to worry. That is what everyone told me and they were right,
I have a situation at the moment, where a creditors representative have voted in the husband's case but not in the wife's because they claim not to have received the paperwork. It was posted in the same envelope! And this is terribly frustrating - but it does happen occasionally.
