our ive is failing and we owe £102000 with ive paying back 40000. my son hasbeen diagnosed with autism and im pregnant agaiin! my job is ending due o my contract ending! my family have offered a f&f of £10000 this has been with the solutions team at DFD for a bit now and no joy as of friday with wether the IP with draft a propasal ...the only other option is bankruptcy and tehy know ths as we are 1pyt off failing our iva.....im sooo worried i cant sleep my relationship is on teh brink i eed to know whats happenign and all i hear is theer is no time line etc .......i just want someone to tell me its going to be ok because rght now i dont think i can go on.....does antyone know someone in my postion that has had an f& f aggred for such a low amount plus Northern Rock are my biggest creitor ..do they vote yes on low offers???

I will chase this up personally and ensure you get a more definitive response and something concrete to work with. I know the stress this is putting you under so I will ensure this gets treated as a priority.
Sorry to read what a horrible time you're having Sam - looks like Declan is on the case so it should all be ok one way or the other anytime soon.
The last thing you need is added anxiety with everything else you have going on.
