Hi all, just a quick question to see if being in an IVA allows you to use the salary sacrifice childcare vouchers. I am trying to look into this as my son will be starting nursery in September and I know these vouchers could save me money. My only concern is that by taking it out of my wages directly as a salary sacrifice, my net income will obviously drop.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense but I find the whole thing a tad confusing!

What you are suggesting makes perfect sense. If your income is to drop I assume this was factored into the original IVA so the savings from the child acre vouchers will make any reduction in surplus less.
